Landlords
Accreditation is for landlords who want to show that they take their job seriously and are keen to show they want to learn as much as possible about the business of letting.
Because accreditation is voluntary, tenants know to expect a higher class of landlord and property.
If you are an agent with three or more staff, please see the agent section. (Agents with two or less staff choose this landlord option)
