National Landlord Accreditation Scheme accreditation is for landlords who want to show that they take their job seriously and are keen to show they want to learn as much as possible about the business of letting. Because accreditation is voluntary, tenants know to expect a higher class of landlord and property.

Local Authority

The intention of the National Landlord Accreditation Scheme is to encourage and recognise good landlords on a national level. NLAS is based upon the long established ANUK model. If the local authority offers incentives for a landlord being accredited, these benefits can be listed.
